Town of Harrietstown 2023 Tentative Assessment Roll
The Franklin County GIS website is a very helpful tool that provides assessment, property and owner information on every parcel in the County. Many towns include multiple pictures of each parcel along with the property data.
The Franklin County website also contains many helpful features, including GIS mapping, which is updated annually, tax rate information, documents for address change, tax sale information, and contact information for tax collectors, and other local officials.
Mr. Tichenor is a New York State Certified Assessor. He is responsible for all assessments and the administration of exemptions throughout the Town of Harrietstown, and Village of Saranac Lake (Franklin County Portion). Marten has been successfully involved in the Assessment Community since 2012, and has become a great addition to the Harrietstown Office.
