The Park has been gradually developed and has 7 designated, surveyed and approved BUILD NOW-NY sites. Part of the Park represents 32 acres that have been surveyed for seven developable lots. There are other areas that adjoin those seven sites which are in the process of being made ready for sale. While they are not yet site approved they are available. The BUILD NOW-NY sites are also a part of the START-UP NY program for economic development and is associated with North Country Community College. The entrance road is a paved road, maintained by the Town of Harrietstown. The fiber optic service is at the start of the entrance road. The Park is also served by Time Warner Cable and Verizon.
